All Sales Final Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of research materials and to maintain strict quality control standards, all sales made through Wheat State Research are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives with damaged items or if products are missing from your shipment, you must contact Wheat State Research within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

To submit a claim, customers may be required to provide:

Order number
Photos of damaged packaging and products
Description of the issue

Once reviewed and verified, Wheat State Research may provide a one-time reshipment for the affected items at our sole discretion.

Carrier & Shipping Disclaimer

Wheat State Research is not responsible for carrier delays, shipping mishandling, delivery errors, lost packages marked as delivered, weather-related delays, customs issues, or other carrier-related miscues once an order has been transferred to the shipping provider.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information submitted at checkout is accurate and complete. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may not qualify for replacement or refund.

Non-Eligible Situations

We do not offer refunds, replacements, or reshipments for:

Improper handling or storage after delivery
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Delays caused by shipping carriers
Packages lost or delayed in transit
Orders seized, delayed, or restricted by local laws or regulations
Buyer’s remorse or accidental purchases
