Quantity\/content is evaluated per vial. A result within ten percent of the labeled content remains under that label; a result outside that tolerance may be relabeled to the reported whole-milligram content only if all other release criteria pass.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Endotoxin testing is added as scheduled; when performed, the COA shows Pass or Fail without a public numeric threshold. Supplies remain quarantined until review and release. Material that fails identity, purity, or another required quality check is rejected. Released inventory follows first-in, first-out handling and lot traceability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Testing scope, results, and document availability are lot-specific.
