Do you offer a Veteran or First Responder discount?
Yes. Wheat State Research offers an appreciation discount for eligible veterans and first responders. Visit Veteran & First Responder Appreciation to request verification and learn how the account-based discount works.
Who may purchase?
Organizations and independent researchers age 21 or older may purchase after confirming that they are authorized to conduct non-clinical laboratory research. Products are not intended for human or veterinary use.
How do I request factual help?

Can support provide product-use guidance?
No. Support can help with factual product, document, account, shipping, and order records, but cannot provide administration, dosage, compatibility, protocol, or human or veterinary-use guidance.
Products, quality, and service
What are research peptides?
Research peptides are synthetic peptide compounds used strictly for controlled laboratory research. They are not intended for human consumption or veterinary use.
What if there is a product I would like but isn’t offered?

How do you ensure the quality of a peptide?
Every Wheat State Research research compound is independently third-party tested and supported by a lot-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA). Use the Certificates of Analysis library to locate the matching record by product or lot number.
What is the return policy?
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact our support team within seven days of delivery. Refund eligibility and complete details are available on our Refund and Returns Policy page.
How do I contact customer service?
Submit a request through our Contact Us page or email support@wheatstateresearch.com. You may also request assistance through our Discord community.
How should I store my peptides?
Keep sealed, lyophilized (freeze-dried) research peptides in a cool, dry place away from light. For longer-term storage, follow the conditions stated on the product label or accompanying documentation; where refrigeration is specified, use 2–8°C (36–46°F), and freeze only when the product-specific instructions call for it. After reconstitution, follow the exact product-specific storage instructions and minimize repeated freeze–thaw cycles.

Where do you ship?
Eligible orders may ship to residential and business addresses in all 50 U.S. states. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
What if UPS does not service my address?
If UPS cannot deliver to an address or the selected service is unavailable, Wheat State Research may use another carrier or contact you with available options before shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we currently ship only within the United States.
What shipping options are available?
UPS Ground is $5 and is free on qualifying orders of $50 or more after discounts and before tax. UPS 2nd Day Air is $15 and is free on qualifying orders of $150 or more after discounts and before tax. Available services and delivery estimates are confirmed during checkout.
When will my order ship?
Eligible orders received by 8:00 p.m. CST are targeted for same-day internal preparation. Carrier acceptance occurs separately. Weekends, holidays, destination, order review, and carrier conditions may affect timing.
Are delivery estimates guaranteed?
No. Transit times are carrier estimates. “Two-day” describes the selected service level and does not guarantee a specific delivery date. The available service and current estimate are confirmed during checkout.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact customer service as soon as possible. An address change cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins or after the carrier accepts the shipment.
What happens if shipment is delayed?
If an order cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will provide an update and the available options, which may include accepting the revised timing or canceling the affected order for a refund.
