Purpose and scope
Wheat State Research offers products solely for lawful, authorized, non-clinical laboratory research. This policy applies to product browsing, ordering, possession, storage, handling, transfer, and use.
Purchaser requirements
- Purchasers must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter into a binding transaction.
- Purchasers must act for a lawful research purpose and have the training, facilities, approvals, permits, and authority required for their work.
- Purchasers must provide accurate information and complete all research-use acknowledgments required at checkout or during order review.
- Purchasers must comply with federal, state, local, institutional, carrier, and workplace requirements that apply to the product and destination.
Prohibited uses
Products are offered and labeled solely for non-clinical laboratory research. They are not intended for diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, prevention, administration, ingestion, implantation, consumption, or use in or on humans or animals. Products may not be purchased or used for personal experimentation, clinical care, household use, resale for a prohibited purpose, unlawful manufacture, or any purpose that violates law, policy, or safety requirements.
No use or protocol guidance
Product pages, labels, certificates, support responses, and other materials provide factual catalog, identity, packaging, storage, shipping, availability, and lot-document information only. They are not medical, veterinary, legal, regulatory, safety, compatibility, dosing, administration, or protocol advice. Wheat State Research support will not recommend a route of administration, dose, regimen, combination, outcome, or research protocol.
Order review and refusal
We may request reasonable information needed to verify age, identity, authority, destination, payment, or research purpose. We may place an order on hold, limit quantity, refuse or cancel an order, or restrict an account when information is incomplete, inconsistent, high-risk, unlawful, or outside approved operations. Any payment for an order we cannot accept will be addressed under the applicable payment and refund process.
Handling and responsibility
The purchaser is responsible for appropriate receipt, storage, inventory control, security, handling, protective equipment, waste management, incident response, and prevention of unauthorized access. The purchaser must evaluate hazards and suitability independently before ordering or handling a product.
Lot records and certificates
A certificate or third-party report applies only to the product and lot identified in that record. Availability varies by lot, and a document must not be altered, separated from its identifiers, or represented as applying to another product or lot. Product and lot records do not establish suitability for any particular experiment or use.
Reporting concerns
Contact customer service promptly about suspected shipping damage, labeling discrepancies, lot-document questions, unauthorized transactions, or product-record concerns. Preserve packaging, labels, photographs, and transaction records that may be needed for review.
Relationship to other terms
This policy supplements the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, shipping terms, and Refund and Returns Policy. If a conflict exists, applicable law and the more specific lawful term control.
