Who we are
Wheat State Research LLC, operating as Wheat State Research (“Wheat State Research,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates this website and online store for lawful, non-clinical research products in the United States.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the site, and limited information received from service providers.
- Identity and contact information: name, billing and shipping address, email address, telephone number, and account credentials.
- Order and eligibility information: products, quantities, transaction history, shipping instructions, age and research-use acknowledgments, and communications about an order.
- Payment information: transaction status, payment method category, billing details, and provider reference data. Payment providers process card or account credentials directly. We do not intentionally store complete card or account credentials.
- Support information: messages, attachments, records supplied to investigate an order, and our responses.
- Technical and security information: IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, referring pages, server logs, fraud signals, and authentication events.
- Cookie and preference information: cart, session, account, security, consent, and other settings described in the Cookie Policy.
How we use information
- Provide the website, accounts, catalog, cart, checkout, order fulfillment, customer support, lot-document access, and related services.
- Confirm age and research-use acknowledgments, review orders, prevent misuse, and protect customers, the business, and the public.
- Process payments, taxes, refunds, shipping, delivery, recordkeeping, and legal obligations.
- Maintain security, diagnose problems, improve accessibility and performance, and enforce our terms.
- Send transactional messages about accounts, orders, policies, and support. If we send marketing communications, we use consent and opt-out controls as required by applicable law.
How we disclose information
We may disclose information to service providers that support hosting, security, payments, tax calculation, email delivery, customer support, shipping, document storage, and professional services; to carriers and fulfillment partners as needed to deliver orders; and to regulators, courts, law enforcement, advisers, counterparties, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the service. Providers may use information only as permitted by their contracts and applicable law.
Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
We do not use personal information for purposes unrelated to operating the store without providing any notice or choice required by law. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No system is completely secure. Do not send passwords, full payment credentials, private keys, government identification, or unnecessary sensitive information by ordinary email.
Age and research-use restrictions
The store is intended for authorized purchasers age 18 or older. Products are not intended for human or veterinary use. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children through the store.
United States processing
The site is operated from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and in other locations where approved service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards and law.
