Agreement and operator
These Terms and Conditions govern access to the Wheat State Research website and the purchase of products from Wheat State Research LLC, operating as Wheat State Research. By using the site or submitting an order after these terms become effective, you agree to the posted terms and incorporated policies.
Eligibility and research-use restrictions
The store is intended only for authorized U.S. purchasers age 18 or older. Products are offered solely for lawful, non-clinical laboratory research and are not intended for human or veterinary use. You must follow the Research Use Policy and provide accurate acknowledgments and order information.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for information submitted through your account, safeguarding credentials, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. We may suspend or restrict an account to protect the site, customers, or the public, investigate misuse, or comply with law.
Product information
We seek to present accurate product identity, packaging, price, availability, lot-document status, and shipping information. Images may be representative. Product records and certificates apply only to the identified product, variation, and lot. We may correct errors, update information, or withdraw a listing before accepting an order.
Pricing, discounts, and taxes
Prices and promotions are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Discounts apply only under their displayed terms and may not combine unless expressly allowed. The cart or checkout will show applicable merchandise totals, discounts, shipping charges, and taxes before an order is submitted. Tax treatment may depend on destination and information supplied by the purchaser.
Payment
Checkout displays the payment methods that are active and available for the order. A displayed method may be processed by a third-party provider under its own terms and privacy practices. We may use reasonable fraud and authorization checks. An authorization, payment instruction, or receipt does not by itself mean that an order has been accepted.
Order review and acceptance
Orders are subject to product availability, payment review, eligibility, destination, quantity, shipping, risk, and compliance checks. We may request information, place an order on hold, limit quantity, or decline or cancel an order for lawful business or safety reasons. A binding sale is formed only when we communicate acceptance or begin fulfillment, subject to applicable law.
Shipping and delivery
Available services, charges, and estimated delivery ranges are displayed at checkout. Options may include USPS Ground Advantage, eligible two-day service through UPS or an approved equivalent, and free shipping for qualifying merchandise subtotals over $250 after discounts and before tax and shipping. Orders received by 8:00 p.m. CST may be targeted for same-day internal preparation. Preparation and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier acceptance, weekends, holidays, destination, weather, security review, and other conditions may affect timing.
If we cannot ship within the time stated or, when no time is stated, within the period required by law, we will provide any notice, consent, cancellation, and refund options required by applicable law. Contact customer service if an order is delayed, lost, or damaged so we can review carrier tracking and available remedies.
Returns, refunds, and order problems
Research-use products are generally final sale after shipment because integrity cannot be assured after they leave our control, and returned products are never restocked. The Refund and Returns Policy describes the review process for seller error, shipping damage, loss, materially incorrect goods, unavailable goods, delay, duplicate or unauthorized payment, and any rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Acceptable site use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or operation, scrape or automate access in a manner that burdens the service, submit false information, impersonate another person, violate intellectual-property rights, or use the service to facilitate unlawful or prohibited activity.
Intellectual property
The site, trademarks, branding, original text, graphics, software, records, and other content are owned by Wheat State Research or used with permission. Limited personal or internal business use of the site does not transfer ownership or authorize reproduction, resale, removal of identifiers, or misleading use of product or lot records.
Third-party services and links
Payment, shipping, hosting, document, email, and other services may be provided by third parties. Their services may be governed by separate terms. Links are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement of unrelated content.
Disclaimers and legal rights
Product information is factual catalog and research-use information, not medical, veterinary, legal, regulatory, safety, or protocol advice. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Changes and severability
We may update these Terms prospectively. The posted version identifies its effective date. If a lawful provision is unenforceable, it will be applied to the maximum extent allowed without invalidating the remaining lawful provisions.
