Our accessibility goal
Wheat State Research is committed to improving the accessibility of its website for customers, researchers, and visitors with disabilities. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a technical reference for our ongoing work. This statement does not represent independent certification of the entire site.
Measures we take
- Use clear headings, labels, instructions, link text, and error messages.
- Support keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators.
- Maintain readable text, responsive layouts, adequate target sizes, and color contrast.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and avoid relying on color alone.
- Test key paths such as navigation, product search, account access, cart, checkout, policy pages, support, and lot-document access.
- Consider reduced-motion, zoom, reflow, forced-color, and assistive-technology needs.
- Review third-party components and provide reasonable alternatives when a barrier cannot be corrected immediately.
Documents and product records
Certificates of Analysis, laboratory reports, labels, and third-party records may originate in formats we do not fully control. Contact us if you need help locating information or a reasonable accessible alternative. An alternative will preserve the record’s meaning and identifiers where practicable; it will not alter test results or create a new certification.
Feedback and assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, tell us the page or feature, the problem, the device, browser, or assistive technology used if you are comfortable sharing it, and the format or assistance you need. Do not include passwords, full payment credentials, medical information, or unrelated sensitive data. We will acknowledge the request and work toward a reasonable response, but exact timing may depend on the issue and any third-party service involved.
Compatibility and ongoing review
Accessibility depends on the interaction of the website, browser, operating system, assistive technology, and third-party services. We review important customer paths periodically and after material changes. When we identify a barrier, we prioritize correction or provide a reasonable accessible alternative when practicable.
Current status
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Some third-party services, older documents, or newly introduced features may have limitations. Reporting a problem through the contact information below helps us investigate and improve the experience.
