This page explains how to manage available privacy preferences and submit a request concerning personal information associated with your use of the Wheat State Research website or store.
Cookie preferences
You can manage cookies through your browser settings and any privacy-preference control displayed on the site. Where consent is required, available controls allow you to accept, reject, or customize applicable non-essential technologies. Essential technologies may continue where needed for security, account access, cart and checkout functions, order processing, or another service you request.
Browser-based opt-out signals
Where applicable law requires it and the site supports the signal, Wheat State Research treats a recognized opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of covered sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for that browser or device.
Personal information requests
Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may be able to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of personal information; opt out of certain sale, sharing, profiling, or targeted advertising; limit certain uses of sensitive information; or appeal a decision. These rights are not universal and may be subject to verification, exceptions, record-retention duties, and other legal limits.
How to submit a request
Email support@wheatstateresearch.com with the subject “Privacy Request” and describe the request and the email address or order information associated with your relationship to Wheat State Research. You may also write to Wheat State Research LLC, P.O. Box 206, Ottawa, KS 66067. Do not send passwords, full payment credentials, private keys, government identification, or unnecessary sensitive information.
Verification and authorized agents
We may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity, authority, and the scope of a request. Verification is proportionate to the sensitivity of the information requested. An authorized agent may be required to provide proof of authority, and we may contact the individual directly when permitted.
Response and appeal
We respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any lawful extension, denial, or limitation. If an applicable law provides an appeal right, the response explains how to appeal. We do not unlawfully discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
We do not use personal information for purposes unrelated to operating the store without providing any notice or choice required by law. If a technology or integration qualifies as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable law, requests to opt out may be submitted using the instructions above or through an available site control.
Other controls
You may update available account information through your account settings, use the opt-out method included in any marketing message, and adjust browser settings. Transactional, security, account, order, and legal notices may still be sent when necessary.
